Back 2 school

Hey guys,


I hope everyone is staying hydrated!


I finally started school today and so far I like it! I have two depends on it and can't wait to start exercising! I am even going to take a circuit training class to keep up my endurance in both the stretch class and my dance class!

Now my stretch class is mostly low impact calisthenics. So it means a lot odd squats, planks, crunches, push ups, etc... As the semester progresses we will do some light jogging or brisk walking...Also we will be tested twice on our ability to complete said tasks of excercise.

It focuses on
• muscle development
• muscle endurance
• cardio
• flexibility
• stretching or something...


We didn't do much today but Wednesday she expects us to get our Nats and get it!


My dance instructor has emailed us telling us that we are going to begin with the dancing and note taking tomorrow... For that I am nervous.

I will let you know how that goes and how my history class's tonight goes...

Hopefully I won't be too tired since I have been up since five today. Yea right after work I booked it to school. Luckily I had a ride so I wasn't stressed and I wasn't late!
